I use this exfoliator in the morning, after I have cleansed my face.
I like to exfoliate every Monday & Friday, so that my skin looks best for Saturday night out and I can detox away all my weekend over indulgences. I normally use this exfoliator and the next time I exfoliate, I use either a lactic or glycol peel. If my skin becomes distressed (for me, when I am ill and the change in season), I will exfoliate every third day rotating between the two types of exfoliators for a week or so until everything is back to normal.
I wet my face, then apply about a pea size in gentle circular motions working from my neck upwards, avoiding the whole eye contour area. I wet my fingers again if it feels too grainy. I spend a few more seconds on my chin, around my mouth, nose and forehead. Then the best bit rinse off. I then pat dry my face.
Of course you can use in the evening if you prefer.
Lancer The Method: Polish is a permanent feature on my bathroom shelf. I love the lavender scent; I like how it feels whilst I’m exfoliating (like two super fine sheets of sand paper rubbing against each other (never done this)); it seems to have a warm/thermal sensation; but the main reason why, is that when I’m washing it off, it always leaves my skin feeling so silky smooth, baby soft, and glowing. I just want to keep touching my face and my makeup looks so much nicer because of it.
